The product is great. I only wish it had come a little better protected in its box (like with bubble wrap, instead of just a plastic bag) as there has been some very minimum aesthetic damage on the finish due to the parts rubbing up against each other. That's the only reason I can't give it 5 stars. Other than that: it works perfectly and seems to be made of good material, and thus is robust. I don't think it will bend or break easily. The mechanism works perfectly and the arm rest lies flush with the top of my desk at its lowest. Finally, the delivery with lighting fast as it came from my country but the price was still one of the lowest! I will most likely be buying at least one more for my other arm; perhaps even 2 more for my wife. (P.S. I think this version is MUCH better than the old one where you can't set the height.)
Something strange. Not really sure it will last. Shall see later.
