I purchased this item for a job event. I never received it. I contacted the seller and didn’t get any resolution. Despite me reporting the situation, I wasn’t provided with any information regarding my item. Customers need to be aware of purchasing from US the ability to track and get refunds for undelivered items need to be improved. Sellers should be mandated to respond to customers inquiry and do what is required to ensure customer receives product. Even if it means giving a store credit or providing a refund.
