Hello, i really was excited to receive the bag, i think it looks great. unfortunately the stitching on the side as you can see is really problematic, it's starting to tear down. I would really appreciate it if i could get a new bag shipped, or at least get refunded so i can order a new one. I really do love the bag, and would be happy to recommend it further down the line and not miss out on the experience, just because i got a faulty product. hope to hear from you soon. Erez
