Product is as described. I normally wear a 33-34 inch waist which can sometimes be either a medium or large US size. I got the large and it fits great. Mesh material is cool, soft against tender skin and has a lot of stretch towards the front giving lots of room for erections. May buy other bolder colors. Note: I accidentally laid a velcro strap on top of this and it stuck to it as if it was the opposite strap. KEEP THIS AWAY FROM VELCRO!
