I bought a 5XL expecting to have to add material to make it fit my husband, however it's so narrow in the shoulders that it barely fits me. My shoulders are 45cm across (18"). The sizing is really off! I usually wear a 2XL in Chinese sizes, there's no way this is a 5XL.
