I have waist size 87cm and wear european size M. After contacting the seller he told me to order size S and it fits good because the fabric of the strings is elastic. Although i have a big Penis the Penis pouch is about 0.5 - 1 cm too big. This is because of the pattern of the pouch. Shipping to Germany 2 weeks.
