Ordered 140 received 138, not such a big mistake but still implies a lack of care. Then the address label had all the details on one continuous line including missing space between my name and the street address. So the parcel was delivered to the wrong address on the other side of the city. The person at that address was honest and called me so I could go pick it up. If they had not I would have ended up disputing this and going through a lot of hassle to prove I did not receive it.
