Decent for hand soldering but nothing to write home about. Seems to be a low rosin content, does not leave a hard residue but it is quite sticky after soldering. Semi hard to remove. Not for reflow, at higher temperatures obnoxious fumes.
have tried many chineses fluxes - this is some different stuff - milky color, higher viscosity than other ones. good flux for hand soldering - great wetting properties and good oxidation removal. but the worst part is when you try to use it for BGA, hot air. after temperature profile is ended - the flux removal is a nightmare. ipa almost cant clean it, even acetone have trouble to remove it. smell when soldering is bearable, still recommended to use fume extractor. seller shipped it fast, thanks for that.
