The product itself is of good quality. I am very happy and pleased with it and have enjoyed its use so far. The telescope is properly collimated out of the box and setup of the mount and telescope is quite easy even if there are no English instructions on the manual. I am also happy that there is a nice and proper solar filter that comes with the telescope. The main problem I had with this transaction was the shipping. The shipping option was supposedly through DHL but they shipped through FEDEX instead, which resulted to a lot of headaches and problems. Do not use FEDEX anymore. I had a lot of stress because of it. They have the worst customer service. DHL is by and far the better choice and I had no issue with them from all my previous transactions.
