YEs, it is true that the goods have arrived in about 16 days. Unit looks serviceable, and have measured DC Amps to Max 450A with amp-clamp. Volts to 250v, Hz to 50Hz, NCV is very sensitive. Back-light is very clear. English manual much appreciated, but need a magnifying glass to read it!. Will need to scan and enlarge it for it to be useful. Tried relative DC Amps and got a differential reading, so the function works. For imprivements, I would suggest the Hold button in the middle of the dial and an Ac/DC button. That's all. The protection on the probe points is appreciated, but would be nicer if they retracted rather than had to be removed. (Just in case I lose them). The pilot light pointing to the clamp only works when Amps are selected, as they need the clamp rather than the leads.
