Arrived in less than 24 hours!! I bought it because I suffer a lot with migraines. It is not a miracle worker but it definitely helps aleviate some of the pain of my headaches. You can't expect to use it and be able to go from migraine to getting up and running around, but it takes the headache away enough to be able to lie comfortably or move around a little. If you sufger with headaches I would say it's worth the 15€ just to be a bit more comfortable. An my boyfriend can use the matt for his back.
