I did not receive the missing parts. After that, The seller did not keep the promise. According to the seller, "If you do not cancel Aliexpress's dispute, we will not send you missing bolt and nut parts." It's really ridiculous. In the end, I got a partial refund of $15 through AliExpress Dispute. It took over a 1month. I can hardly be satisfied.

The wheels are very small which makes the use of it very bad specially on stairs. the Seller is not the manufacturer as the image given and not cooperative to change the wheels into bigger size ... the manufacturer is Chinese where the seller gives an impression it is Malaysian...
