As described. Quality wise - it is fine made equipment. Functionally wise - it has some major issues. First - if you use its capability to tilt either direction with KB-0 ballhead and some lightweight equipment (small laser etc.), be prepared to catch it as it has too much weight on top and M2 stand is barely able to handle that offset. So if you plan to use something heavier like DSLR camera - tilt option won't work for you unless base stand is upgraded. Second - M2 stand does not have any friction on bottom part. So either you put it straight up or use maximum tilted option. KB-0 ballhead has screws to lock tilt offset at any moment, M2 base - doesn't. So either you put some rubber insert inside and tight screws down to make some additional friction or use as it is. Other all it needs upgrading to be fully functional PROFESSIONAL stand. it does what it does. A little less sturdy than expected. the base came with some form of discoloration at some parts. Overall still ok for the purchase for its purpose. Product has some room for improvement. Packaging wise is ok. Came bubble wrapped and some form of protection for all parts.
