I am running my printer with a MKS Sbase board and a custom compiled Marlin 2.0 I had to recompile several times my firmware to have this controller works. If anyone wonders (or me in 6 months), you need to have SERIAL_PORT 0 enabled (this is the aux port) and you need to disable the TFT and SD support in the firmware (when compiling). Once this is done, the screen will be able to communicate with the printer board. Everything is working at perfection now.
