The earphones are wonderful for this price, the sound it's closer to bright side, with Hiby R5 i haven't noticed any sibilants, the mids are clear enough, the bass can adjusted with the filters and it could have a very good punch. Comparing with Sony z5 and didn't noticed a big difference, maybe the sound of z5 is warmer and the scene is deeper. The earphones are good enough for jazz and for metal too.
