The seller was a friendly person and let me know that the panel will not have the Alienware logo onto which I was fine with. Shipping took a couple of weeks. The monitor arrived and it was clear that I wasn’t brand new the screen has quite dirt and had some scratches on it so I’m guessing they are refurbished or failed QC panels.
