Connection is not always assured. Instructions are not clear... not possible to cast from YouTube or other services like chromecast

from what i can see this is not like any of the devices i can see at any cast's web site. there is no reset button on the side. Unit worked good at home but when i brought it to work it wont connect to work wifi and when i log on to the web page @ 192.168.203.12 most of the settings are blank and the device reset doesnt seem to do anything. this is not a good experience.
