Very happy with the product and worked as described . A few notes however. The M195 was black instead of silver and I found some of the provided software to be in Chinese and hard to understand what to do/install. In the end I found the best option was to download Pactware (free). Additionally I found my Win 10 PC already had a serial driver for the modem installed.
