The vendor answered all my questions, and shipped the items quickly. The Torque Arms (ordered 2ea) arrived arrived ahead of the estimated delivery schedule. Included in the shipment was a BLDC Motor/Controller Tester, and replacement Hall Sensors. The suringmax Official Store packed everything very well! During shipping, the package was opened, inspected and repacked (and at some point afterward also quite badly squashed), but in spite of all this, the contents remained very well-protected and everything arrived intact--in perfect condition!
