My unpleasant experience is not with the product or supplier it is with AliExpress. Regarding the plotter it appears to be well manufactured, but without assembly instructions or a manual is just a pile of scrap metal and circuit boards. To construct the plotter without instructions invites failure and invalidation of the warranty. I have tried to contact the supplier regarding the supply of instructions but cannot do so. I have raised my communication issue with AliExpress. Everything I attempt ends at the message centre which I cannot get to work. This is my desperate attempt to break out from a constant loop. I am convinced that if supplied with assembly instructions or a manual my rating of the supplier and plotter will improve, but that cannot happen unless AliExpress sort out their website and systems. I cannot upload pictures to support my feedback because the screenshot showing the problem won't upload?
