Arrived timely but the curtain edge is not finished. They need to be hemmed. Be advised that unless you don't mind hemming your valence, it will remain unfinished. In my opinion, it should be stated in the product description that the valence comes unfinished and needs to be hemmed. I have bought valences in the past and never has one arrived unhemmed. It was well packaged, in a nice heavy bag. Maybe they should use a cheaper packaging bag and hem the valences. They are definitely NOT LUXURY.
