I really like the product. Even if it feels that the quality is not the best. It is soft and great that you can wash it. About the communication I would say What communication. And time to get the product was to long I ordered last of april and got the bed today 22/6. Almost two month.
Kira is my name and I am a Pomeranien and I really like the bed. It is not the same quality that I thought but it is ok. I like that you can wash the madrass and the Pillow.
