Shipping - It took a bit longer than 2 Weeks time. The package went to Japan from China, then back to China Then to USA and it was held in the states because I had to prepay FedEx for the taxes. If I had missed FedEx call that morning, I don't know where my package would have been. The seller was replying to my message, however, I don't think he/she understood my message and gave a vague reply, which seemed like an automatic reply. The product- The chandelier is GRAND. INCREDIBLE. Since I've put it up, endless compliments. They packed extra crystals. It came VERY WELL packaged, no damages. The instructions were very poor. Keep in mind and double check the size when ordering. I didn't know it's be this big!
