They showed me a fountain ink pen and I have ordered a ink fountain pen but instead they sent ball point i want my money back please

I ordered the pens and after 2 months it didnt arrive. when contact seller he took no resposebillty for it and said its my problem. it arrived after about 3 months. and then i see the its half of the pen i wanted and half not. that happend becouse in the same place under fountain pen they put ball point pen. im very disapointed.
