Before I start with detailed review, let me summarize it for you that this device is full of small flaws in every department. For sure it's only USD22 device but better to throw some extra bucks and get a proper working device. Sound: It doesn't add any detail or separation to the sound, all it does is increase the volume and give you the false sense of improving the sound. Build: Build is okish but not great. Board inside the aluminium chassis is not secured properly and make noise when you move or shake the device. RCA outputs are too close to each other Software: Drivers are automatically detected in Windows 10 but with default device you cannot decrease or decrease the volume. In order to control the volume you'll have to select the SPDIF interface. When putting my computer to sleep it creates horrible static noise in my speakers
