Perfecto
Scam! I bought a size 'M' jacket which I received, but the measurements do not reflect size 'M' as stated on their size chart. The measurements of the jacket reflects size XS. Even though I provided the evidence to prove my findings, the seller made an excuse by saying their sizes are 2 sizes smaller, but clearly the measurements for my 'M' size jacket does not match the measurements for size 'M' on their size chart. How can they even argue? And how can they make such a fundamental error? I suspect, they sent me a poor quality jacket that was returned to them by another buyer, and they removed the size label and replaced it with size 'M' (the size I ordered). And when I receive the jacket and notice the problem, I make a complaint, then they will refund me £10 (50% of the sales price), so I will end up buying the jacket for £10, which is what happened. Not bad for them because they got rid of a jacket no one wanted for £10 and I ended up with a jacket that's no use to me at all.
