Product is very good and very comfortable. Rubber strap is too short though and doesn't seems to last long. Delivery time is very very slow.

The cushion is as pictured. It is pretty thick; for my chair a bit too thick. At the moment it is not such huge upgrade as I hoped for. I will try to get used to it. Maybe the foam needs to settle a bit, let us see.
