This handle does not correspond to the descriptive look at the photo please : my old one and yours that cannot possibily work on a telescopic handle suitcase because there is no mechanism inside ( spring ) to either hold to button in place or activate the telescopic handle on the suitcase . I would appreciate a reply from your behave and either a refund or a handle that is complete and functional .

Didnt fit Wenger Group 3 suitcase, and had to modify suitcase to make it fit
