I got the items and one of the theet on the chain ring was busted. I got in contact with the seller and kept on trying to tell me it is a narrow/wide set up which it is and they implied I had no idea what it was. The chain was incorrect for this set up. The chain is fine I can grab one from my shop no problem, but the fact the chainring theet was busted and try to tell me it was "design" that way just made the whole experience bad. It took a bunch of tries to tell them it's a bad chainring it is dangerous. This is/was going on a downhill bike which if you know the sport you need your theet to be PERFECT. Besides that everything else was fine and overall very good I loved the cassette and the 12s derailleur. I just hope the customer service was better and not condensending towards their customers admit there was an issue, solve it and move on. That's what I do in my my business for my customers.
