While it is good amp in the meaning of power, I actually have not very good speakers, so I miss equalization. I am using SW equalizer, so OK. The reason why only 3 stars: hiss. My goal is to have it almost always on, and I use it with my desktop speakers. When there is no sound, You can hear hiss. I deal with that by maximizing PC volume and lowering volume on amp. Then it is OK. Downside of this solution is, that volume regulation becomes tricky - knob micro movement will change it a lot. You may think, that this is a problem with speakers, but I have much less hiss when using old Tesla amp (with even longer and worse cables). This is nice and powerful amp, it could be great, but is not ...
