Absolutely horrible! It took an eternity to get the package delivered. And the item is flimsy, small, and useless. It loses its feathers and it cannot be used for cleaning (indeed, since it looses feathers and hair, it is just leaving black dirtiness everywhere!) Strongly disappointed! I just had to throw it away, since it was useless and it was infesting the house with black hairs!
