For installed, i must off my firewall and my virus protection, because automatic ever deinstalled, even though i approved the program. The firewall say is a troyan. (?) All my protect is off, after my acrorip works. Some tif.file dont work, i dont know why. The seller say don't know, have only experience with shirt-printer. (It actually has nothing to do with it, in my opinion) Sometimes scale wrong out. Height is heighter. although the coordinates are always the same in acrorip and photoshop. Only the preview shows the image warped and when you print it out you can see it. But the coordinates are correct, pixels, output size, Photoshop are all identical.
