Cheap to buy, cheaply made. I took it out of the package and it fell apart; I glued it back together and it’s good as new ;). It works—but try it out on something you care about first to get the hang of it. I will not use this tool on delicate items as the tiny brass spikes would not be suitable, better to use regular lint brush. Works for removing pilling on t-shirts made with blended fabrics (like polyester/cotton). I’m not sure I will ever try this on sweaters because I think the tiny metal spikes will snag and ruin the knitted garment—especially if it snags easily. 4 stars because this device is NOT suitable for delicate cashmere, certain sweaters, nor any type of garment that is delicate and easily snagged.
