Devaice arrived sealed in antistatic plastic. After opening I noticed that one condensator was missing and device provided not 5 but 4.5 volts. Moreover under consumption of 1A it vety heats and not able to coupe with such load. The price do not corresponds to the specification and condition in which order was received.
