The product is not working. They were very kind to answer all my questions but the product is still not working. I am being told that iy is because I have 2G coverage and I bought a 4G Antenna which doesn't make to much sense since I have 4G on my phone, I can use both data and calls outside where the external antenna is but none inside where I needed.
