It came as in the description. in a plastic bag. Tested by cutting: 1) Polyethylene tube 20 mm in diameter. 2) PVC pipe 40 mm in diameter. Note: In the cutting process there is heating despite being carried out slowly. Possible need to add a little lubricant / coolant in use and then cleaning with alcohol and rag. It was tested by cutting slowly, and turning very little, so you have to make many turns (it is observed that the cutting disc and the support cylinders rotate).
