Pile of crap.... Item doesn't work, opened a dispute, sent photos, still not good enough and they closed dispute because I couldn't get a video to them as I was working away

I wish i could add video of what madness is going on. The charger does not work as it should be. Mode button does not work tried using manual also, doesnt work properly. Not happy at all.
