I’m disappointed with all 20 18650 batteries that I received. I conducted NOR TEST at 1000mA CURRENT and found that the batteries’ capacities are lower than as advertised. Each battery was supposed to have a capacity of 3500mAh but the average capacity of the ones I received were only 3100mAh. As you can see from the images, 10 of them have capacities of less than 3100mAh each.
Over 2 weeks, I have updated the results of the NOR TEST of the batteries to the seller. As requested by the seller, I did NOR TEST at 500mA CURRENT after I completed doing NOR TEST at 1000mA CURRENT. The results did not show much difference. The average capacity of all 20 batteries is still 3100mAh.
