The adapter ring fits both the lens and camera however the locking mechanism for the lens does not engage. Therefore the lens is not secure and will twist off freely if the lens is rotated. I'm using Zeiss ZF F-Mount lenses to canon body. Perhaps they work better with native Nikon lenses but for me they are essentially useless. I have another F to EF adapter ring which locks as expected but I was tired of switching for every lens change so I bought 5 of these adapters for the whole set. The description says F Lens compatible so I'm disappointed.
Excellently looked product but have some issue in it's Nikon AI mounting feet thickness. When insert Nikon lens, there is still a minor gap, and the lans is moving. The gap seems to be 0.4mm. Very fast shipping, and a good packing.
