The radio is as advertised and works quite well, the translations are unfortunately quite bad in German but that is something I was expecting. The reason I am removing one star is, that by default the radio does not turn off if the key is removed from the ignition lock. I have a 2012 Golf Plus (similar to Golf 6/VI) and you have to inverse the 12V Low Use cables (pink and red) which are joined by the 2-wire connector. After inversing that, meaning that pink targets red and red targets pink, the radio now turns off (you have to connect the Can bus decoder of course). It would be nice if this was written in the manual. Otherwise I'm quite satisfied with this radio. Mic and Wifi is working, Here maps is running fast. Another tip is to remove the battery while replacing the radio, if you disconnect the airbag indicator above the radio and power the vehicle while removed, the Airbag indicator will stay lit and you have to remove the error from the DTC store/fault memory.
