Hello, I received the tap and tried to install it. Unfortunately I discovered that the pipe of the tap is punctured. In my case, I discoverd it only after installing the tap and removing the old one. Because of that, I ran immediately to the nearest houseware shop and bought new pipe. I don't know what kind of compensation will cover the extra time and money that I spent to repair this issue, but I hope you do so. (Seller didn't answer me at all) I think it is because too late to open the DISPUTE.
