The real power is not 30 W, but 4.5 W. It does not work with a regulator.
Just turned on, the power comsuption consumption is 4.5 W, but after a while it stabilizes at about 6 W. The description of this led light bulb should states that its power is 6 W, and that the light emitted is equivalent to that of a tradicional non-led light bulb of 30 W. I thought that this 30 W led light bulb will produce the same light of a 200 W halogen light bulb.
