Ordered two packs of 10pcs. Only two pcs received. And also, they only work under 220V but not 120V. Contacted the seller. Communication was ok at the beginning, but later only automatic response message which is not related the topic. Dispute was settled by the platform. Anyway, The quality of the product is excellent.
