First time I raised a dispute with "package delivered" but really it wasn't. I didn't receive it at that time so I had to make noise about it. Once the system closed it, there's no way you can raise a dispute. So the run around it is not really good. Fortunately the package appeared in my mailbox the following day AFTER raising the dispute. Let this be a lesson to seller and buyers alike.
