Not to good of a quality. Sloppy on/off (Mains Switch) and broken led display (the one for the voltage regulating) . You can't see if it's 100 volt or 199 volt! It's readable up to 99 volt and if I presume it says 100v, then it's not adjustable above that. The max output I manage to get is 100 volt Can not and will not recommend this item to anyone. IT'S NOT USABLE IN ANY MEANS!!!! I'm giving 5 stars for shipping and service, but the item is just crap!!
