19V max. without load. Cheap variable borads for 0.50 eu a piece works better than this. On 12V one car backlight led couldnt be lit more than for a few seconds. Ofcourse it says 3W max power but its at peaks most, not sustainable.

Output is 15V instead of 24V. The seller ignore my massages. I also sent a video. No reply at all. I don't recommend it.
