The product is working, but there is no individual channel brightness control: for instance, you cannot dim the white channel separately, so the RGBW strip is pretty much white, no matter the color you chose, as the white outshines all the other colors, so the whole controller is pretty much useless... the buttons at the bottom only turn full on or off a single channel.
