Dear Representative, In our country and in Europe in general, appliances and components manufactured for electricity must have a European EC standard which requires a simple and secure installation connection. Particularly when it comes to a metal body, a yellow-green cable connection is made to grounding and is directly connected to the metal body. Every time we order from China a lighting fixture comes out that we must complete and install a grounding cable when scraping the paint and closing with insulation and cable lock.
