the bag was soaking wet the punch itself is missin the parts accessory parts and also to is Rusted from the water I opened up the bag and it was filled with water looks like it's been immersed somewhere online it just came in today here's a picture it has rest it was stuck to the paper itself sorry I don't have the bag with me it was it was really smelly I had to get rid of out starting to sneeze but this is what happened I have no idea how it happened but it came in today just to let you guys know June 24th
I sent you earlier feedback about the bag being wet and stuff being arrested in it we did find the extra wheel tool packet buried at the bottom and soaking wet bag as far as the envelope with all wet on the inside so just to let you know it's I send you some pictures of it places that has rusted on the tool itself
