It is a nice well though case. it is of polyester fabric and not leather. I couldn't find anything 'magnetic'. As to this the description seems to be inaccurat. The case is made on something like a hard carton board and is closed by scratch. In so far the photo are more accurat than the description. The finish is ok, not more and the nice looking clip slightly weak (You have to check that it closed it is not for sure)..
